As our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will own and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end within the Canadian market, playing a key role in turning creator content into a scalable growth channel. Own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from initial creator briefing to final performance reporting.
Partner with Creative and Performance teams to ensure influencer content is optimized for both organic and paid channels.
Execute paid amplification processes, such as whitelisting and Spark Ads, to maximize the reach of high-performing content.
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns in an execution-driven environment.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build professional, long-term relationships with creators and agencies.
• A deep understanding of how influencer marketing integrates into the wider marketing funnel and drives conversion.
