Software engineer | fullstack developer - (h/f)

We are seeking a passionate and driven Full Stack Software Engineer to join our XVA team, which plays a critical role in calculating counterparty credit risk and running high-performance simulations using NVIDIA CUDA on GPUs. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and the Spring Framework.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Write efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL.

Contribute to system architecture discussions with a focus on scalability and performance.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

6+ years of experience in Java and Spring Framework for web application development.

• 2+ years of experience on modern UI technologies like React or Angular
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Good understanding of Cloud deployment and Cloud Native Application Development. Experience in any of the major public cloud service providers
• Experience working with Git, Kafka, Redis, and Linux commands & shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing high-throughput applications with scalability as a core principle across architecture, implementation, and optimization
• Expertise in large-scale data processing systems, including knowledge of horizontal scaling techniques such as sharding, partitioning, and distributed architectures
• Proven experience leading cross-functional development teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, within agile environments
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to scalability and performance.

Experience with configuration management solutions like Ansible and cloud deployment tools like Terraform
