Education College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or
diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to
work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Compile data to prepare documents
Prepare reports and others documents for consideration and
presentation to executive committees and boards of directors
Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports
Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other
organizations and associations
Provide customer service
Arrange travel and related itineraries and make reservations
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and
administer contracts and other documents
Manage events
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
