Talon Recruiting has partnered with a leading farm equipment dealer in search of an Account Manager to join their team based in Owen Sound ON. Job description We are seeking motivated and results-driven Account Manager(s) to join our dynamic Sales team supporting various locations in Grey-Bruce Wellington and Huron counties! The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships developing new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored equipment solutions and services.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries Agriculture Construction Residential & Commercial.
Provide product and service solutions to meet client needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers ensuring timely and effective communication.
Prepare quotes proposals and sales presentations.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate regular sales reports.
Attend trade shows client meetings and site visits as required.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position related to sales.
Experience in high volume sales prospecting/lead generation.
Must have a working knowledge of agricultural construction and residential practices and equipment.
Ability to understand technical products and convey value to clients.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working knowledge of IntelliDealer Salesforce and other manufacturer portals is considered an asset.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally/regionally as needed.
