“Working closely with the Partners and other senior staff to develop and implement tax planning assignments for clients
Performing and reviewing technical research, developing and documenting tax planning recommendations
Reviewing Canadian individual and corporate tax returns and other tax work prepared by staff
Consulting with clients regarding various business and tax planning needs
Coaching, mentoring, and developing staff for high performance and professional growth
Successful completion of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course
- 7+ years of public accounting experience with experience in a tax specific environment
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Caseware, and TaxPrep considered an asset
- Experience working with owner managed businesses considered an asset
