You bring solid business acumen and a keen interest in understanding all aspects of the insurance operation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver training through a blended learning approach (virtual classroom, traditional classroom, on-the-job training).

Assist with creating and revising training materials and courses.

Administer assessments and exercises to evaluate learning progress and the effectiveness of training methods.

Provide on-site and virtual support in developing and facilitating advisor licensing (Level 1 and 2) and product training programs.

Contribute to projects, journey mapping, and business process reviews to ensure continuous improvement in training delivery.

Work closely with Insurance Agency Managers and staff to drive optimal performance through training, onboarding, and progress tracking.

WHAT YOU'VE DONE

You're no insurance newbie. You have at least 8 years of experience in insurance sales and service, including personal and commercial lines.

You have at least three years of experience with facilitation, curriculum design, and development.

You've worked in leadership, supervisory, or mentoring roles (bonus points if you've mentored others in an insurance setting).

You're working towards or have earned your CIP designation.
