Receptionist – Calgary - Marlborough, AB
This is a full-time, permanent role. Panther Sports Medicine has been providing expert care since 1987 and is a leader in the delivery of acute rehabilitation in the Calgary area.
Our Panther Sports Medicine, Marlborough Clinic, is looking for a dynamic receptionist interested in personal and professional growth. You will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload. Dynamic, versatile and energized by a busy schedule, you welcome the opportunity to demonstrate your strong computer, analytical and organizational skills and your success in meeting timelines.

Ensures that gym area is free of obvious safety hazards
Maintains a presentable and organized clinic
Perform administrative duties as needed; photocopying, reception, supply orders
The ability to travel to multiple clinics throughout South Calgary is required
Medical Office Assistant experience an asset
Experience working with EMR - Clinic Master is preferred but not required
Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Strong computer abilities
Ability to complete light administrative tasks as needed
