We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working with people and is passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle. As a Sales Consultant, you will build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional purchasing experience from start to finish.

Greet and assist customers to understand their needs.

• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to help grow their network.
• Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for the customer.
• Explain financing, leasing options, and warranty programs to customers.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure customers understand their obligations.
• Assist customers with their lease return process and transition to new vehicles.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Valid motor vehicle sales certification.
