Maintenance Management Coordinator

You will manage the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs. Develop organizational policies relevant to the facilities department. Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion. Support maintenance of production tooling and equipment.
Ensure safe working practices for maintenance teams and contractors.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance processes
Tracking maintenance expenses and managing operational budgets.
Oversee spare‑parts inventory and place orders as needed.
Understanding of safety and security protocols for staff and third‑party contractors.
Coordinate off‑site space needs and facility‑related logistics.
Working with third‑party contractors for facility and equipment maintenance.
Support after‑hours facility or equipment emergencies.

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. 3+ years of experience developing facility‑maintenance roadmaps and preparing budget proposals.

• Background in Lean manufacturing and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Identify and implement process improvements across facilities and maintenance.
• Experience coordinating facility upgrades, expansions, and contractor activities.
• Familiarity with managing off‑site office or overflow space.
• Support long‑term facility planning and capital‑budget execution.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $83,600- $125,400 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.
