Be the first point of contact greet guests warmly and make them feel at home
Support stylists and the team by keeping operations running smoothly
Help ensure every guest leaves with a smile
1+ year of experience in a concierge or front desk role (preferably in hospitality or salon/spa)
- Strong communication skillsboth in-person and on the phone
- Available Fridays, weekends , and at least 3 days/week (including mornings and evenings )
- A supportive, creative, and fun-loving culture
