Pine is hiring a Mortgage Advisor to help in facilitating a smooth and quick homebuying experience. You'll be getting in on the ground level and playing a critical role in shaping our internal processes and customer experience.
You will interact and oversee the flow of applicants through all stages of the mortgage process. We are looking for a mortgage advisor who not only understands the procedures and various available mortgage products, but is also passionate about creating amazing borrower experiences.
Manage customer deal flow, while ensuring prioritization of files in progress.
Work with Operations Manager to develop strategies for increasing conversion and building efficient processes to maximize volume.
Work directly with customer to build rapport and to help them in determining the right product for their needs based on your professional discretion,
A licensed mortgage professional with 2+ years of experience in the industry
Licensed as a mortgage agent or broker in multiple provinces (highly desirable)
Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering exceptional homebuying experiences
