As a Vendor Contract Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our relationships with external vendors. This role works cross functionally with the teams in Sales, Operations and Legal to highlight potential risks and areas that could potentially set precedence and non-compliance. Serve as the primary contact for vendor agreements building positive relationships with key stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration and alignment on Company objectives
Ensure that all new negotiated deals have properly executed contracts on a timely basis
vendor accrual analysis, etc.)
Build KPI reporting cadence on vendor agreement process identifying improvements and opportunities in process
Proven experience in contract management, vendor management or procurement - preferably in a corporate, public company environment
Strong understanding of contract terms, legal principles and excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial data
Proficient in MS Office programs, especially excel, SAP and Salesforce
