Production Supervisor - Fulltime-Permanent

Location : Chilliwack, BC Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee employee training programs to improve productivity and performance
Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency
Enforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Supervise daily production activities within the assigned department
Foster effective communication between production staff and management
Ensure efficient utilization of materials, equipment, and resources
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and guidance as needed
Qualifications
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production processes
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
