Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically skilled, and passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve reporting processes, and contribute to data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Develop, maintain, and optimize databases and data management systems
Interpret data using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and business objectives
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
Monitor and improve data quality processes and reporting standards
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
