Job Responsibility:
The National Account Manager is a Sales Representative and primary relationship manager that proactively manages customer accounts to meet and/or exceed Sales Budget figures. This position is responsible for prospecting, driving new projects and building and maintaining customer base relations that ensure a CCL presence and opportunities for the customer to place and re-place orders is established. This person collaborates with the Director of Sales Midwest on best ways to win business and to maintain relationships with Customers, Customer Service, Quality and Manufacturing. The National Account Manager will routinely meet with customers and prospects in the region to maintain a CCL presence and identify new opportunities for business.

Knowledgeable of program objectives
Technical Sales proficiency
Ability to resolve problems and develop new customers
Skilled in the manufacture of packaging components; labels, literature and folded cartons.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint) & PC systems knowledge. Salesforce.com / CRM

Travel in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and various CCL sites located in North America

Strong decision making skills
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
Past Employment: 5+ years related experience in Sales, preferably managing major accounts in label and literature Sales to healthcare organizations.
