30 workers (Food processing labourers, Food processing machine operators, etc.)
Spreadsheet, emails, word processing and presentation software, internet applications.
Track and report on key metrics for production.
Measure and control product yields.
Manage productivity, labour, and overtime.
Analyze production line processes and create process improvements.
Follow and maintain all Quality Assurance, HACCP, SQF requirements, and Occupational Health & Safety regulations and ensure all employees under their department follow all the regulations.
Complete all required training (e.g., Perform performance monitoring (e.g., Probationary, Annual Evaluation, and Performance Objectives) of staff.
