Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm
Advance your career as a Full-time General Manager, where you'll be the driving force behind our branch business. From developing and executing a sales plan in your market, to inspiring a culture of excellence in business-to-business selling, your leadership will shape the success of the entire team. Developing and executing a sales plan in a local territory to reach and exceed business goals
Effectively communicating business statistics and progress toward goals to motivate the performance of others
Developing and training others to achieve optimal business results as well as personal goals
Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
Possess a degree in Business/Marketing OR have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market
Proficient computer skills
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
