Parts and Service Representative

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8h/day
Permanent, 40h/week ;

• Monday to Friday, flexible schedule (8h/day) ;
• 2 weeks of vacation ;
• 12 statutory holidays ;
• Being paid weekly ;

• Be coached and mentored by truck experts ;
• Corporate events (Christmas Party, Family Day event, etc.).

Promoting products and service offered to clients assigned in the Laurentians ;
Maintaining constant liaison with customers and looking for new customers ;
Transmitting customer orders to Parts Advisors and Service Writers ;
Transmitting necessary information, supporting documents including documents relating to the returns of warranty parts and carcasses for possible credit purposes or other ;
Assisting the Parts and Service Director in evaluating customers' purchasing potential and in developping promotions ;
Collaborating with the Parts and Service Director as well as all concerned parties in other departments, relating to the market, customers, competition, etc.
Sharing new customer information with the Credit department in opening and collection of clients accounts ;
Supporting Parts Advisors and Service Writers in their duties, when necessary.

Knowledge of heavy duty vehicules parts (asset) ;

• Knowledge of heavy duty vehicules mechanics (asset) ;
• Master French and English ;
• Intermediate speaking , reading and writing ;
• Reason : Communicate with English-speaking clients , present services and conclude service agreements ;

Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and a personal automobile ;
Knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Office programs.
