FRONT OF HOUSE BOSS Full-time | Paninaro | 642 Somerset St. We're looking for someone who can hold it down at the front run the cash, dial in the coffee, and make sure the guest experience is tight from open to close.
You'll Be: - Ringing in orders and running the show up front- Making killer espressos + keeping the counter spotless- Welcoming guests like they're walking into your home- Problem-solving on the fly and keeping the vibe right- Managing flow, staying organized, and leading the shift
You Are: - Cool under pressure and quick on your feet- Friendly as heck but know how to run a tight ship- A natural at making people feel taken care of- Experienced in FOH or coffee (or a fast learner)- Ready to step into a leadership role and own it
