Regional Manager for Property Assessment Services

Reporting to the Director of Regional Operations the Property Assessment Services Regional Managers are responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of assessment services in their region. Providing leadership training coaching and staff mentoring to achieve business objectives
Managing Human Resources functions including succession planning work planning performance management and employee growth and development
Ensuring quality and quantity of the assessment work within the region
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and municipalities
As a proactive leader you will be customer-focused self-motivated and have a successful track record of delivering results and building relationships.
A university degree in Business Administration Engineering Surveying or a related field and a minimum of five years of related professional experience including at least two years of experience managing both financial and human resources (coaching work planning and review performance management and discipline). An equivalent combination of education training and experience may be considered.

This position requires some travelling within the province therefore candidates must possess a valid New Brunswick drivers license and have their own means of transportation.
