Fairmont Winnipeg is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences while crafting high-quality cocktails in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
Ensure all guest service requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently, consistently exceeding guest expectations
Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and product security
Stock, clean, and maintain the bar to established standards
Perform opening and closing duties of the bar
Previous serving experience in a high volume, fine dining/upscale restaurant or lounge required, 2-3 years minimum.

• Strong wine knowledge and excellent working knowledge of specialty spirits, wines and beers required. Certification in F&B or Wine Stewarding an asset.
• Creating craft cocktails is an asset.
• Service oriented, team player, flexible in high paced environment and able to handle pressure with grace.
