Roles and Responsibilities
Client Engagement

Guide prospective clients through a defined qualification process to ensure compatibility
Host 1-3 scheduled video consultations daily with businesses interested in talent acquisition services
Show engaged listening and maintain consummate professionalism throughout all interactions
Effectively communicate the benefits of our recruitment solutions, emphasizing business outcomes and return on investment
Documentation & Operational Excellence

Document conversation details, status updates, and follow-up items in CRM and team communication platforms immediately after interactions
Monitor individual pipeline metrics and suggest process enhancements to improve conversion efficiency
Client Transition & Support

Document essential requirements and observations, then smoothly transfer qualified prospects to the recruitment team
Ensure timely responses for new leads and recently onboarded clients, addressing questions until transition is complete
Work with administrative staff to ensure next steps, timelines, and expectations are properly recorded
Requirements
Recruitment Knowledge – Minimum 2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruiting or consultative B2B sales, demonstrating success in closing service agreements.
Self-Motivated Performance – Independently manages schedule while consistently achieving agreed-upon performance indicators from a well-equipped home office.
Technical Proficiency – Adept with CRM systems, collaborative platforms like Slack/Microsoft Teams, and standard office applications for documentation and pipeline management.
Critical Thinking – Quickly evaluates information and client feedback to recommend practical improvements.
Communication Excellence – Strong verbal and written communication that simplifies complex recruiting solutions into client-accessible language.
Consultative Approach – Utilizes strategic questioning to identify needs; effectively summarizes key information to verify understanding.
