A new family medical clinic is opening in our community, led by two well-established and respected family physicians. We are currently seeking motivated, organized, and compassionate Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) to join our team from the ground up.
We are currently hiring Medical Office Assistants for:
2 Full-Time positions
Our clinic is newly renovated and focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and positive work environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and assisting patients in person and by phone
Scheduling appointments and managing clinic flow
EMR data entry and maintenance
Supporting physicians with daily clinic operations
Prepare exam rooms
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front office
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
EMR experience an asset, but not required
On the job training will be provided
