The Propane Service Technician II is responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining propane appliances and storage equipment while delivering exceptional customer service in the field. This role ensures propane systems operate safely and efficiently while supporting strong customer relationships and identifying service opportunities.
Install, service, and maintain propane appliances and storage equipment
- Respond to scheduled service calls and participate in on-call rotations
- Plan and complete service work efficiently and safely
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs or maintenance performed
- Complete required service documentation and reports
- Follow all company safety procedures and conduct site hazard assessments
- Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability
Minimum 2 years of service technician experience

- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service schedules effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (DZ license considered an asset)
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Field-based work at residential and commercial customer sites
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Participation in scheduled on-call rotations and regional travel
