Grocery Assistant Manager (Full Time)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Retail Team as an Assistant Manager.

You'll be joining our EQ3 retail team as an Assistant Manager, leading the store team and driving business results while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
You'll act as a leader and ambassador of the EQ3 brand, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service while helping clients create spaces that reflect their style and needs.
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales performance, customer experience, inventory procedures, and operational compliance with EQ3 brand standards and retail processes.
You'll recruit, coach, and develop your team to maximize their performance through regular feedback, training, and one-on-one meetings, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and recognition.
You'll work closely with your management team to execute retail initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies that drive sales growth and meet company objectives.
You'll also oversee scheduling, payroll coordination, reporting, and ensure the store maintains strong operational standards, visual presentation, and inventory accuracy.
3 years of retail management experience

• Strong leadership and team development skills• Proven experience driving sales results and KPI performance
• Experience with retail systems and operations (POS systems, Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of Storis and SharePoint is considered an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and reports
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French are required.
