Full-Time WAREHOUSE MANAGER

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a key logistics client in Edmonton.

In this role, you will lead day-to-day warehouse operations—including shipping, receiving, product storage, and inventory control. You will manage workforce performance, train team members, assign daily tasks to meet productivity targets, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security standards.

Provide supervision to the reception, handling, distribution and storage of all freight, product and supplies that come in and out

of the warehouse

• Handle customer correspondence and respond to their instructions in timely manner
• Track and maintain KPI performance
• Instruct Warehouse/Distribution staff to ensure all production orders are shipped within our committed service levels and in

adherence to delivery schedules

• Accountable to ensure team members and assigned customer business maintain accurate control over inventory levels and

consistent workflows to ensure that all transactions are in accordance with the customers inventory management SOPs.

• Assist in the development and daily enforcement of corporate policies regarding security and safety in order to maintain a safe

Oversee a team of warehouse employees, including delegating, training, coaching, and planning

• Provide leadership and coaching to team members by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of

Manage inventory control processes by using Warehouse Management Systems

• Maintain open lines of communication between management, staff, and customers in a respectful, effective and professional

Working with Warehouse Customer Service, monitor billing processes by ensuring invoices are executed into operating

systems and sent to customers in a timely fashion

• Manage all warehouse equipment and ensure they are in good working condition
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, objectives and business ethics
• Practice safe warehouse procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements where necessary
• Focus and strive for a process of continual improvements for all warehouse functions
• Minimum 2-3 years of direct work experience in a warehouse or supply chain position and 1-2 years as a team leader.
• Direct working knowledge of warehouse operational processes, warehouse management systems and transportation

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word Strong knowledge of warehouse documentation

• Solid project management skills are essential
• Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with team members, management, vendors and customers.
