AECOM is seeking a 3rd Party Approvals Consents & Permitting Manager to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga . We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world. Identification and coordination of the requirements for third party approvals, consents, and permits.

• Working collaboratively with the contractor to manage third party stakeholder relationships with respect to third party approvals, consents, and permits.
• Tracking and monitoring third party approvals, consents, and permits and providing regular management reporting.
• Working collaboratively with the Program Director and Program Leads to coordinate schedule requirements with respect to third party approvals, consents, and permits.
• Provide subject matter expertise with respect to the expedition of third-party approvals, consents, and permits.
• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of GTAA staff.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.

• Thorough working knowledge of general and local requirements with respect to 3rd party approvals, permits, and consents.
• Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/projects.
• Demonstrable experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships and providing strategic level reporting to enable effective decision making.
• Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset.

This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
