We are looking for an experienced individual to assist the Salmon Arm RCMP Detachment as a Detachment Services Supervisor. The successful candidate is responsible for managing day-to-day operations in the administrative detachment staff. They will be responsible for planning, directing and supervising the work of the Detachment Clerks and Court Liaisons. The ideal candidate will be able to qualify for and maintain the required RCMP Enhanced Level Security Clearance. The RCMP Security Clearance is mandatory for the position and failure on the part of the candidate to satisfy this requirement will require the removal of that applicant from the position. The successful candidate will have experience with working in a police environment including some supervisory experience or a combination of training and experience.
This position is a permanent full-time position and offers a starting salary of $80,370 per year. The successful candidate will be eligible for the City’s Health and Wellness Benefits and City matching pension plan.
