Marketing Specialist (Permanent, Full-time)

Company Overview We are a dynamic multi-company organization seeking a versatile and tech-savvy Integrated Marketing Specialist to drive and support our marketing initiatives across three distinct business units. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with exceptional digital marketing skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Position Summary Reporting directly to the CVO, the Integrated Marketing Specialist will be responsible for comprehensive marketing leadership, including strategic content creation, digital marketing execution, website management, cross-company marketing coordination, and multifaceted digital content production.
Content Creation and Digital Marketing- Develop engaging blog content across multiple platforms- Create compelling social media posts for various channels- Design graphics and visual content using Canva- Produce, edit, and manage video content for YouTube and other digital channels- Script and shoot grass routes marketing videos- Edit videos using industry-standard software- Manage video content strategy and distribution- Optimize video content for different social media platforms- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all content types- Develop and manage content calendars for multiple companies
Digital Marketing Execution - Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns- Execute marketing strategies across Meta platforms- Implement comprehensive SEO best practices- Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics- Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies- Conduct keyword research and content optimization- Create, monitor and improve digital marketing metrics and KPIs
Web and Technical Management - Update and maintain WordPress websites- Ensure website content is current, engaging, and SEO-optimized- Manage basic website maintenance and updates- Implement AI-powered marketing tools and technologies- Perform technical SEO audits- Manage website performance and user experience optimization
Strategic Support - Coordinate marketing efforts across three companies- Attend and contribute to strategic planning meetings- Develop marketing reports and presentations- Identify opportunities for marketing innovation- Create comprehensive marketing strategies- Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field- 3-5 years of comprehensive digital marketing experience- Proven track record of managing multiple marketing channels- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Proven ability to create and manage diverse content formats
