Costa Sorrento is a Traditional Casual Italian Restaurant, focus on Italian Regional cuisine, with a prevalence to Amalfi coast Cusine. We make Home made Pasta, Bread, Desserts and Gelato.
We are Looking for Executive Chef/ Kitchen Manager, with:
At least 5 Years of proven Experience in managing Italian Restaurants.
Good Knowledge of Italian Regional Cuisine, with a previous experience in Italian restaurants.
English spoken.
Food lover, Ambitious, Hands on, Committed.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our Italian culinary team!
Responsibilities:
Preparation and cooking traditional Italian dishes.
Manage kitchen staff and ensure a clean, organized kitchen.
Menu planning, focusing on seasonal ingredients and authentic recipes.
Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good Experience of Italian Regional cuisine dishes, mainly southern Italian
