Job Title: Server Assistant Location: Spring 2025 At Queen's Harbour, we're not just a restaurant—we're a movement to redefine hospitality. Position Overview: As a Server Assistant at Queen's Harbour, you are an essential part of our service team, supporting servers and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests. You'll play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, assisting with food delivery, and helping our team provide seamless service. Responsibilities: Support the Team: Assist servers in delivering food and drinks, ensuring that all orders are accurately presented and served in a timely manner. Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and valued. Help Manage Guest Flow: Assist with seating arrangements and preparing tables for incoming guests, working alongside the host team to ensure a smooth transition. Be a Menu Resource: Assist with providing guests information about the menu and answer questions when needed, ensuring guests feel confident and cared for. Clear and reset tables promptly, keep the dining area neat, and support the team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Support Service Needs: Help with restocking supplies, refilling drinks, and assisting with other tasks to ensure service runs smoothly. Close with Care: Ensure the dining area is clean and organized at the end of the shift, preparing it for the next service. Qualifications: Strong Communication Skills Customer Service Focused Organized & Efficient Hospitality experience is a plus What We're Looking For: Passionate About Hospitality and a genuine interest in supporting the team and creating exceptional guest experiences.
