Job Description

Accountabilities:
Dispensing and distribution of medications (including individual patient prescriptions ward stock and narcotics), non-sterile and sterile compounding (including TPN, CIVA and chemotherapy preparation) inventory control
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Currently licensed pharmacy technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Hospital experience preferred
Registration with the Canadian Association of Pharmacy Technicians preferred
Excellent oral, interpersonal and written skills
Computer experience preferred
Ability to work independently
Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration
Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record
Experience in the manufacturing of sterile and non-sterile products preferred
May be required to travel between and work at all Osler sites

Additional Information

Hours: Currently evenings/nights, 8 and 12 hours including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)
Salary:
Minimum: $ 31.33 per hour
Maximum: $38.60 per hour
