Vancouver jobs Outside Sales Representative Lower Mainland Territory Building Envelope 85-95K base + Bonus ( 25-30K) + Company car + RRSP + Benefit Our client is a well-established Canadian company in the building materials sector, recognized for its strong focus on innovation and sustainability. They manufacture and distribute some of the most durable and complete building envelope solutions available in the Canadian market and are continuously investing in initiatives aimed at reducing their environmental impact. Their commitment to lowering their carbon footprint has positioned them as a leader in providing high-performance, environmentally responsible products. In addition to their reputation in the market, they offer excellent long-term career opportunities and a positive team environment. Due to continued growth and a significant increase in sales volume, they are expanding their team by adding a new sales position to better support customer demand. Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships with buying groups, retailers, and commercial customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local contractors, builders, and other key decision-makers within the territory.
Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Train dealers on product lines and provide technical guidance to support proper product knowledge and application.
Work closely with internal teams to meet and exceed sales objectives while continuously identifying new opportunities for growth.
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate customer requirements, assess project needs, and recommend appropriate product solutions.
Proven sales experience within the building materials industry, ideally with exposure to building envelope products (metal roofing, siding, cladding).
Ability to recognize and prioritize opportunities while managing multiple accounts and responsibilities effectively.
Strategic and results-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of increasing sales and expanding market presence.
Competitive base salary with bonus potential.
