Junior Maintenance Sales Representative

Division: Trotter & Morton Facility Services

Trotter & Morton Facility Services provides 24/7 preventive and predictive mechanical system maintenance and repair for condominium, commercial, and institutional buildings.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing our Service Division in Calgary, Alberta, in a junior sales role. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in sales, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow their skills in a supportive and structured environment. Experience in sales is an asset, but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Basic computer skills, a willingness to try new things, and confidence in writing and presenting will also help you succeed.

Assist Maintenance Sales Representatives and Sales team in day-to-day needs
Learn to identify and assist customer needs
Develop an understanding of the prospect's decision-making process, address customer concerns and commit prospect to decision making timetable
Proactively research the prospect's organization and influence the customer to buy through thorough analysis of the client’s organizational needs
Self-disciplined, results driven, and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistent high performance
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a sales CRM program
Writing and presentation skills

High school diploma
Customer service experience considered an asset
