CNC Operator - Manufacturing

We're looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator & Programme r to join a growing Custom Machining & Fabricating company in Woodstock, ON. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on, precision work and wants to grow within a stable, well-organized production environment.
Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
Shifts Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
Prepare machines by loading raw materials and setting up tools and fixtures
Enter codes specifying speed, feed and cutting of the toolpath for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools
Operate CNC equipment to complete drilling, milling, and turning operations
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality
Inspect and verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., Follow all safety and quality procedures
Support general production activities as required
Minimum 3 to 5 years of CNC machining experience (lathe & milling)
Experience in Finishing and Fabrication
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
CNC Programming is an asset
Strong mechanical aptitude, hand-eye co-ordination & manual dexterity
Custom machine shop with exposure to noise, vibration, and dust
