Greet customers in person and over the phone, creating a positive and lasting first impression
Answer and direct customer calls, ensuring messages reach the appropriate person promptly
Guide in-store customers to the correct department or team member
Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
Support a welcoming and organized front desk environment
2-3 years of experience in administrative, reception, or customer service roles
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers
This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:Monday to Sunday - 9:30am - 6:00pm Compensation: $17/hr - $19/hrWe value diverse perspectives and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
