Greet customers in person and over the phone, creating a positive and lasting first impression

Answer and direct customer calls, ensuring messages reach the appropriate person promptly

Guide in-store customers to the correct department or team member

Perform general administrative tasks as assigned

Support a welcoming and organized front desk environment

2-3 years of experience in administrative, reception, or customer service roles

• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers
