As a Food Service Aide (FSA) joining our Village you will:
Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents families and team members.
Possess exceptional time management skills and ability to work in collaboration with a team.
Assist in serving meals and beverages to our residents ensuring we meet residents diets and food preferences while following safe and sanitary food handling techniques.
Support with the preparation of catering functions and events and maintaining a clean dining room and workspace.
Be able to stand or walk for the majority of your shift (8-hours maximum).
Support and embrace our resident-centred social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of customer service to our residents.
It would be an asset if our new Food Service Aide has:
Completed enrolled in or willing to enroll in the Food Services Worker training program
Hold a valid Food Safety Awareness certification or equivalent.
