REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER

Registration in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers (NSCSW)
Masters Degree in Social Work is an asset
Experience working within the private sector is an asset
Experience in providing counselling to people of all developmental ages - child, youth, young adults, and adults, as well as family counselling
Proficient computer skills (i.e. ability to work in MS Word and Outlook)
Bilingualism in a second language is a bonus, specifically French, Arabic, & Persian

Administrative support: While you focus on what you do best, you will have a full administrative team to assist in supporting paperwork, billing and other demands, so you can concentrate on client care.
Flexible caseload and schedule: As an independent contractor, you'll have flexibility, autonomy to build up your own caseload around your schedule and timeline. At Spark you have a voice in the matching process to help foster a strong therapeutic relationship among therapist & client.
Software Essentials: Access to our management softwares, online booking systems, and digital charting to help you do your job as seamlessly as possible
