Sales Representative to drive growth across a strategic territory. In this role, you will promote and sell Berger’s industry-leading horticultural products to professional growers in both ornamental and fruits & vegetable markets.

Build, strengthen, and maintain trusted relationships with key targeted accounts.
Represent Berger as an engaged ambassador within industry associations and networks.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Logistics, Customer Service, Technical Advisors, etc.) to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Maintain a proactive presence in the market by gathering and sharing customer insights and industry feedback.
Manage customer needs through an established, results-driven sales process.
Degree in horticulture, agriculture, or equivalent relevant training/experience.
Demonstrated sales success with a solid solution-selling approach.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Ability to travel regularly within the territory; valid driver’s license and passport required.
Knowledgeable working in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
