Operations Associate
RJLU”) Senior Management Team, this individual will support the RJLU Private Client Group (“PCG”) business operations in Canada, acting as the primary point of contact for FINRA-registered Financial Advisors and Sales Associates who manage U.resident client activities. This role will include assistance with respect to related Projects and Operations initiatives as assigned.
Work closely with internal RJL partners to support the RJLU PCG business: Operations, Compliance, Branch Supervision, Finance, I.Assist in the training and support of Financial Advisors and Sales Associates on the use of Pershing’s introducing firm platform and identify and follow up on opportunities for support and training;

Experience as a Sales Associate or Sales Assistant is an asset.
Microsoft Office with a willingness and ability to learn new applications;
Communicate proficiently in French is an asset.
Salary Range: $55,000-66,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
