Process Re-Engineering Senior Expert

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support our M&M business.
Act as Lead Process Engineer on projects or studies.
Engage with clients to understand project requirements.
Identify, scope and manage process test work (on site or laboratory based).
Conduct capacity analysis for existing plants.
Select and size the equipment for projects including the development of specification sheets.
Provide frequent training, guidance and supervision to junior colleagues.
Develop and supervise typical engineering deliverables (process design criteria, mass and heat balances, design of process flow diagrams, P&IDs and process control logic).

S. in Engineering. S. or graduate level technical coursework preferred.

• 15 years of related experience since bachelor's or 14 years since Master's. Strong persuasive ability, technical writing and communications skills are expected at this level, proven through technical presentations, technical papers and/or participation in technical committees.
• Solid knowledge and experience in Gold extraction and process.
