The Human Resources Consultant is accountable for providing the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency with a full range of human resource services in the areas of staffing, employee and labour relations, organizational learning, training and development, compensation, organizational effectiveness and professional practice.
Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, supplemented with a minimum of 3 years human resources experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with staff, students, unions and the general public.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Knowledge of LEAN methodology and project managem...
