Could you be the full-time Logistics Coordinator in Kingston, ON we’re looking for?

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient material flows, accurate inventory management, and seamless logistics operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Warehouse Managers, Logistics Operators, cross-functional teams), support compliance with safety and environmental standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating daily material flows, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting warehouse layout optimization, but also assist in audits, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
Ensuring all logistics activities comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies
Coordinating daily material flows, including reception, storage, picking, kitting, packing, and shipping
Maintaining accurate stock records in the ERP system (GSI/SAP)
Monitoring logistics KPIs such as stock accuracy and delivery performance
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including APSYS and optimized logistics practices
Ensuring compliance with specific storage regulations for sensitive or regulated materials

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or materials coordination roles
• Proven experience supporting logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities
• Knowledge of logistics processes commonly used in construction or project-based operations
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

The expected compensation for this role is $65,000 – $90,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
