- 10 years experience in leading cross-functional teams in business transformation initiatives. Experience should include analysis design and implementation.
- 5 years experience leading organizational change management (OCM) activities organizational readiness assessments.
- 5 years experience leading business transformation overseeing adoption of best practices coaching and mentoring practitioners providing quality assurance on work products and monitoring project impacts post-implementation.
- 5 years experience working with clinical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements and develop them into specifications or business process solutions in a healthcare setting.
- 1 year of experience implementing a technology solution in a healthcare environment including requirements gathering and process flows.
- 1 year of experience analyzing and implementing business architecture and strategic roadmaps for acute care facilities. This experience should include coaching and supporting top-level management and executives.
Requirements
Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification.
Valid Project Management certification.
Bachelors degree in Health Science or Engineering.
Valid Prince2 Foundation or higher or PMI project management certification.
