Below The Belt is an independently owned retailer offering a curated mix of men’s and women’s fashion and accessories. We carry top brands like Levi’s, Carhartt, Kuwalla Tee, and more—and we’re all about creating a standout experience for our customers.
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who’s ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll support the Store Manager in running day-to-day operations, leading the team, and keeping the store performing at its best.
Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
- Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver great customer experiences
- Coach and support team members to help them succeed
- Help with scheduling, opening/closing, and store organization
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and store standards
- Step in to handle customer questions or concerns
Previous retail experience (leadership experience is a bonus)
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling
