Marketing Manager, Full Time

Shape the future of marketing with TTI as the Integrated Marketing Manager for Milwaukee Canada. Lead innovative marketing initiatives across distinct teams in a collaborative and empowering environment.

In this full-time role at TTI's North York headquarters, you'll guide the strategic development, planning, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives. With a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, you will own the Focus Calendar, ensuring initiatives align with branding efforts. Your leadership will prioritize high-impact projects, promote stakeholder accountability, and optimize marketing effectiveness for the Milwaukee brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage Milwaukee’s Focus Calendar for strategic alignment
Develop compelling consumer-led marketing campaign stories
Lead integrated 360° marketing plans with defined strategies
Prioritize and manage high-value marketing initiatives
Ensure cross-functional alignment and clear objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
4-6 years of relevant marketing experience
Proven project management and stakeholder communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Ability to work in person at TTI Headquarters
