IT Project Manager (Technical)

Beacon acquires vertical market software companies and brings them onto a common operating standard. Integration is the function that runs the window between close and steady state, coordinating IT, Finance, GTM, Legal, and HR so that a newly acquired company lands cleanly rather than by improvisation.
You will partner with IT, Security, and the systems owners to sequence the migrations and to unblock them when they stall.
5+ years in project or program management, running cross-functional programs end to end

• Experience coordinating across IT, Finance, GTM, Legal, and HR, or an equivalent set of functions with competing priorities
• Comfort with technical systems: identity, device management, and core SaaS platforms. Experience building process, templates, and structure where none existed
• Post-close M&A integration experience, in-house or in advisory
