Provides essential clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.
Grade 12 and two years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.

Knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Collects and verifies patient demographic and payment information.
Handles patient transfers and communicates with healthcare facilities.
Performs clerical quality assurance inventory patient escort and other administrative duties.
