Responsable Infrastructures et Contrôle de Gestion H/F
Techso
Lead the Infrastructure Maintenance Division at the City of Laval in a hybrid role. Focus on strategic maintenance planning and resource management to ensure efficient municipal services.
Reporting to the Deputy Director, this permanent role entails overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities at the CDG CH Chomedey Water Management Filtration Plant. You will guide operational strategies, manage resources effectively, and uphold quality standards that directly impact public safety and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the division's strategic maintenance vision
- Develop seasonal and annual maintenance programs
- Control division activities to minimize equipment downtime
- Ensure health and safety compliance in operations
- Monitor external maintenance contracts for performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
- Knowledge of building systems and industrial processes
- Proficiency in maintenance management tools (CMMS)
- Understanding of health and safety standards
- Training certification for construction site safety (OHS)
