Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions. The role involves building scalable applications, ensuring platform security, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform , with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
Build and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and JavaScript .
Develop and customize Salesforce FSC data models, flows, and components to support business requirements.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and regression testing to ensure application stability and functionality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues .
Implement and follow best practices for security, scalability, and recovery in Salesforce application development.
Participate in CI/CD implementation for Salesforce deployments using modern DevOps tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment procedures.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of Salesforce development experience .
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
- Strong expertise in Lightning Experience (LWC/Aura) – mandatory.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript .
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model , data access, and recovery best practices.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of Java .
Experience with Oracle integrations or backend systems.
Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud .
Experience in Salesforce implementation projects in financial services.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, FSC Accreditation).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
